MCIS Language Solutions provides a comprehensive course on human trafficking for service providers. Their course includes 9 eLearning modules, a handbook and a video resource, and takes approximately 10-12 hours to complete. Each online training module is followed by a short quiz. Participants who complete the online training modules can request a Certificate of Completion that will list all the modules they have completed. The training program also includes a handbook that covers the same topics as the online modules in an alternative format and a toolkit for service providers. Numerous additional documents and links to resources are provided for participants who would like to learn more on the topics covered in the online training program.

The training is meant to help service providers recognize and respond to the needs of human trafficking survivors. After taking the course, participants will be able to:

Identify common impacts on human trafficking survivors, especially in the area of mental health and addiction
Describe approaches that mental health and addiction service providers can use to help human trafficking survivors.
